Return Policy

This policy sets out the conditions for returning and exchanging products purchased in the Dašolina online store.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), as a consumer you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason. This right does not apply to:

  • Products made to your specifications or personalised products
  • Products that perish quickly or have a short shelf life
  • Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons

2. Return Procedure

  • Notify us of the cancellation in writing by email at dasolina.art@gmail.com or by post.
  • You must complete the return within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation.
  • Send the product to the address: Dragočajna 84, 1216 Smlednik, Slovenija
  • The cost of return is borne by the buyer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Conditions for Accepting a Return

The product must be returned:

  • In its original packaging, if possible
  • Undamaged and unused
  • With all accompanying documents and accessories
  • With a completed return form (if enclosed)

If the product is not returned in the condition stated above, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to reduce the refund amount.

4. Refunds

  • We issue refunds within 14 days of receiving the return and verifying the condition of the product.
  • We issue the refund using the same method by which payment was made.
  • In the case of cash on delivery, we will issue the refund to your bank account.
  • Return costs are deducted from the refund amount, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

5. Product Exchange

  • Exchange of a product is possible within 14 days of receipt if the product is defective or incorrect.
  • To exchange a product, contact us at dasolina.art@gmail.com.
  • Exchange costs are borne by the seller if the product is defective or incorrect.
  • In the case of an exchange for a different product or a difference in price, you will pay or receive the difference.

6. Warranty

  • A statutory warranty in accordance with ZVPot-1 applies to all products.
  • The warranty covers defects that were present at the time of receipt of the product.

7. Special Provisions

  • Personalised products are not returnable, unless they are defective or incorrect.
  • Custom-made products are not returnable, unless they are defective or incorrect.
  • Special provisions, stated for each individual product, apply to digital products.
