These terms of service set out the rules and conditions for using the Dašolina online store and purchasing products through our website.

2. Scope of Business
The Dašolina online store sells artworks, gifts and other products listed on the website. All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include VAT unless otherwise indicated.
3. Orders and Payments
- You can place orders through the website 24 hours a day.
- An order is deemed accepted when we send you an order confirmation to your email address.
- Payment is possible by cash on delivery, by proforma invoice or by card.
- In the case of payment by proforma invoice, the payment deadline is 8 days from placing the order.
- We reserve the product for you for 7 days from placing the order. After this period we reserve the right to cancel the order.
4. Delivery
- Delivery is made to the address you provide when ordering.
- Delivery costs are stated when placing the order.
- The delivery time is usually 3-7 working days from confirmation of the order and payment.
- In the event of a delay, we will notify you.
- Confirm receipt of the product by signing the delivery note.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason. Notify us of the cancellation in writing or by email.
6. Returns and Exchanges
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged and unused.
- The cost of return is borne by the buyer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- We refund within 14 days of receiving the return.

7. Liability
- The seller is not liable for damage arising from improper use of the product.
- The seller is not liable for delivery delays due to force majeure.
- We reserve the right to correct any errors on the website.
8. Protection of Personal Data
Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the GDPR and the Privacy Policy.
9. Dispute Resolution
- We will attempt to resolve all disputes amicably.
- You have the right to file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Office.
- The court in Slovenia has jurisdiction to resolve disputes.
10. Final Provisions
- The seller reserves the right to amend the terms of service.
- Changes apply to new orders.
- In the event of any discrepancy between different language versions, the Slovenian version prevails.
These terms of service are effective from 15.06.2026.
Customs and import duties
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (or to countries where import duties apply to shipments from Slovenia), additional customs charges, taxes or other import duties may apply. These costs are borne in full by the buyer. We recommend checking the possible import duties in your country before placing an order.
